# HOW TO UPDATE THE CLIENT?

Rufian Mu at the moment only works by direct installation with APK, you will download this directly from our page [www.rufianmu.com](https://www.rufianmu.com), every time the client needs to be updated the GM will notify it through all means of contact (Facebook, Discord, WhatsApp , Etc...).

* **Steps to download APK:**

1. Go to [**Rufian Mu**](https://www.rufianmu.com/)
2. Click **DOWNLOAD** tab [www.rufianmu.com/downloads](https://guia-rufian-mu.gitbook.io/rufian-mu-english/rufian-mu-guides/www.rufianmu.com/downloads)
3. Select the **Android V7 APK** option
4. You authorize the download on your device
5. Install
6. Open

It is necessary to perform these steps when the GM makes large updates to the game since it is the only way to be able to use new options or items that are added. Generally, the APKs are saved on your Phone, and for better functioning of the Client, you must first delete the old versions and only keep the updated one on your Phone, this way you avoid any errors or inconveniences.

* **Delete old APKs:**

1. On your Phone you must look for the folder:\
   -My files \
   -Files
2. Within these you must look for the folder:\
   -Downloads \
   -APK
3. Delete all the RufianMu APKs you find, so that you only have the updated one.
