Item options is an exchange where you can exchange certain items to try to get more green options

Each attempt will give us the chance to obtain between 10 and up to 24 green options

We can see it in Synthesis - Item Options

To use this function, we need the Rufian Options item that we can create in Synthesis - Rufian Swap
