To get the Pets you will find several options:

When you start playing Rufian, you are given a set of 4 basic pets. You will use these pets to upgrade them in Festival Event - Pets

If you accidentally delete any of your starter pets, you can buy them again for diamonds in the Mall - Diamond shop
